Engaged in clinical work in orthopedics, hand surgery, and microsurgery for more than 40 years, former director of orthopedics at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University. In 1989, he initiated the establishment of the first hand surgery society in China - the Henan Hand Surgery Society, and was selected as the chairman.

He has served as a member of the Chinese Society of Hand Surgery, a member of the Henan Orthopedic Society, and an expert member of the Henan Orthopedic Expert Group.
