The Department of Reconstruct and Plastic Surgery is a comprehensive clinical discipline centered on microsurgical techniques, specializing in tissue defect repair and functional reconstruction. We are dedicated to providing precise, personalized reconstructive solutions for patients from tissue defects, scar contractures, functional impairments, and surface organ loss resulting from trauma, infection, tumor resection, or congenital malformations. Advanced Digital Reconstruction:** Utilizing 3 printing technology and anatomical models to assist in the reconstruction of thumbs, fingers, and hands, as well as autologous small joint transplantation. To date, the department has successfully performed hundreds finger reconstruction procedures with a survival rate approaching 100%, establishing us as the leading team for thumb and finger reconstruction in Henan Province.

Multidisciplinary Management:** Implementing a Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) approach to treat various types of scars through a combination of pharmacological therapies, laser treatment, injection techniques, tissue expanders, advanced aesthetic suturing.

Microsurgical Tissue Repair:** Leveraging microsurgical expertise to repair defects in skin, soft tissue, tendons, nerves, bones, and joints Our team is proficient in performing all types of flap reconstructions and vascularized long-segment bone defect repairs.

Maxillofacial and Organ Reconstruction:** Specializing in the correction deformities following maxillofacial trauma and the reconstruction of facial organ defects.
