The Emergency Medicine Department of Zhengzhou Renji Hospital is a model department of the hospital, established in April 2008 (South Campus) and May 2019 (North Campus). It is the 28th and 59th emergency stations of Zhengzhou Emergency Medical Rescue Center, and has jointly established the municipal 40th station with Zhengzhou Shilihe Town Health Center, undertaking pre hospital rescue, emergency response to sudden medical events, and medical support for large-scale events. 1、 Department size and layout
The department has a complete "pre hospital emergency first aid critical care" system (EMSS), including a debridement and suturing room, operating room, emergency room, dressing room, treatment room, and observation ward. The department is equipped with advanced rescue equipment such as large bedside ventilators, vehicle mounted ventilators, defibrillators, multi parameter electrocardiogram monitors, fully automatic self controlled gastric lavage machines, and 12 channel electrocardiogram machines, as well as 8 ambulances and 3 emergency motorcycles. 2、 Personnel configuration
The department has a professional emergency team consisting of nearly 100 medical, nursing, emergency and medical staff, including 6 senior title physicians, 12 intermediate title physicians, 18 junior title physicians, 4 chief nurses, 21 nurses, 20 nurses, and 16 drivers. 3、 Medical characteristics and treatment capabilities
With the support of multiple disciplines and critical care medicine, the department is committed to building a trauma treatment center in Henan Province, achieving an integrated treatment model for patients with multiple injuries and severe injuries. The department specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of trauma first aid, multiple injuries, and composite injuries, with significant advantages in areas such as limb trauma, limb (finger) replantation, and wound defect tissue flap transplantation repair. 4、 Service concept
