The outpatient department of Zhengzhou Renji Hospital boasts a pleasant environment, complete facilities, and high-quality services. After years of development and construction, it has now evolved into a comprehensive outpatient department integrating medical treatment and health education.

The outpatient department features health check-up clinics, specialist clinics, specialty clinics, general clinics, and convenience clinics, with over 20 consultation rooms. Additional functional units include an outpatient operating room, wound and stoma care center, intravenous therapy nursing clinic, PICC clinic, blood draw room, report inquiry and automatic printing station, etc. In the first-floor lobby, automated registration and payment machines, electronic specialist scheduling displays, computer inquiry systems, triage desks, consultation counters, waiting chairs, water dispensers, wheelchairs, and other convenience services are available. Each outpatient department has a consultation counter to facilitate patients in printing and collecting test reports, as well as handling hospitalization services and various inquiries. R1: "Alipay" must be translated as Alipay.  The outpatient department has fully launched the Outpatient Doctor Workstation System. This system integrates management and services, simplifying the outpatient process and improving hospital service quality. The department has also introduced an appointment registration system, allowing patients to book all expert outpatient appointments within the week through in-person registration, phone calls, self-service machines, or WeChat. Outpatient registration windows arrive 30 minutes early each morning to enable quick payment via WeChat and Alipay.
