The Functional Examination Department of Zhengzhou Renji Hospital is an important medical technology department that integrates various functional examinations and is committed to providing accurate, timely, and comprehensive auxiliary diagnostic support for clinical departments and patients. 1、 Check project and equipment configuration

The functional examination department mainly carries out the following functional examination items and is equipped with corresponding advanced medical equipment:

1. Ultrasonic examination

·Equipment configuration: Equipped with high-definition color ultrasound and black and white ultrasound diagnostic instruments from brands such as GE in the United States, Parkson in Italy, and Mindray.

·Scope of examination: covering the diagnosis and treatment of multiple organ diseases, including heart, peripheral blood vessels, superficial organs, abdominal organs, obstetrics and gynecology, musculoskeletal system, etc. Routine screening for deep vein thrombosis, early ultrasound screening for developmental hip joint abnormalities in children, and musculoskeletal ultrasound examinations are conducted.

2. Electrocardiogram examination

·Equipment configuration: Equipped with a 12 channel synchronous electrocardiogram machine, 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram and blood pressure monitor.

·Scope of examination: To provide reliable basis for the diagnosis, efficacy observation, and prognosis evaluation of diseases such as coronary heart disease, angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, arrhythmia, abnormal cardiac conduction, myocarditis, etc.

3. Electromyography examination

·Equipment configuration: Equipped with Nicolet neuroelectrophysiological examination instrument (Viking Quest series) and intraoperative electrophysiological monitor (ENDEARVOR CR series) from the United States.

·Scope of examination: Conduct nerve conduction examination, electromyography and evoked potential examination, mainly used for auxiliary diagnosis of single and multiple peripheral nerve injuries, brachial plexus injuries, lumbar sacral plexus nerve root injuries, cervical spondylosis, spinal cord injuries and other diseases, as well as real-time monitoring of intraoperative neurophysiology.

4. Pulmonary function test

·Equipment configuration: Equipped with a German MasterScreen lung function tester.

·Scope of examination: Conduct tests on lung ventilation function, maximum ventilation volume, lung diffusion function, residual air volume, total lung volume, and bronchial dilation, mainly used for preoperative safety assessment of patients, differentiation of respiratory distress types, and auxiliary diagnosis of respiratory system diseases.

5. Bone density examination

·Equipment configuration: Equipped with a US GE direct digital dual energy X-ray bone densitometer.

·Scope of examination: Accurate measurement of bone mineral content, muscle mass, and fat mass through a whole-body scanning system, routine examination of lumbar spine, hip, radius and ulna, and whole-body bone density, used to understand osteoporosis, monitor the treatment effect of osteoporosis and fractures, and perform bone density and calcium content testing on middle-aged and elderly patients with bone pain.
